SHIPPING POLICY
All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via DHL.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
If you place your order before 1:00pm on a business day, we aim to have the order processed the same day.
Processing means reviewing the order submission including request and photos.
Service is completed about 5-7 days after receiving order. Order should only be shipped after consulting with service provider.
Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

Continental US: Standard (ground) 3 to 7 business days* $10.00 or Free for Orders $75+
International: 10-15 business days $30.00 or Free for Orders $115+**
*If order placed by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love the service you ordered, but if not and you wish to file a claim, Wash To Go will review every claim but does not promise your claim will be approved for reimbursement in the form of credit to be used on a later service or purchase. After filing a claim, and further review of every piece of information submitted, A customer may or may not received a full, partial or no refund at all.
Please contact Customer Care by emailing info@washtogowigweaveservices.com to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. As for products sold, We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original pre- shipped condition. Any damage to product during the shipping process may affect return
To complete your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. If all of the conditions above apply, you may qualify for merchandise for a later use.
Sorry, gift cards can not be returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account for future services of purchases
Late or Missing credit:
If you haven’t received credit for refund after 14 days , it may take some time before your credit is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a credit is posted.
